Happy Mother's Day to all you mamas out there! I thought I would share a conversation with my 2 year old this morning...
me: molly, it's mother's day (me hoping for a hug or some sort of validation for being a mom)
molly: what would you like
me: a break would be nice
molly: you can not have a break how about a doughnut
me: sure..who needs a break when you can have an (imaginary) doughnut :)
gotta love em! enjoy your babies today whether they are 2 or 50!

i'm no mama but i must say as someone who is not sure which i value more, sleep or food, if it was a real doughnut she was offering it would have been a tough choice ;) xx -a
