daddy's day early

Lucky for Jim, Mary James has been on a really big kick about Father's Day. I mentioned it a week or so ago, thinking about making an album (that we always do for his Father's Day gift) and ever since then all she can talk about is "Father Day". So, to kick things off...she decided they needed to make him something. And make they did....


After all was done and this beautiful dinner was made.... Jim walked in and the girls jumped all over him about their surprise, spitting out it's details before he can even get to the kitchen. And he lovingly made an enormous deal over how pretty it was and how good it looked. And Mary James just sat there for a minute and said..but you have to EAT it. HAAA. I said, yeah Daddy....the whole thing, they spent a lot of time on it. With no other option, he took a bite and said it was actually pretty good. I must say, MJ picked ingredients that kind of fit together. I can't wait to see what's in store for the real day!
