underWHERE?

i heard this on the radio a few days ago - but i was listening to the BBC's morning news programme at 2 a.m. (in Georgia) so when i was later thinking about i dismissed it as either something i'd dreamt (because i often have very vivid dreams and have to verify whether or not something happened in real life or in a dream more often than i am willing to admit).

so when i logged on to the computer this morning i was surprised to see this report on the msn homepage. looks like men's undergarments are quite the indicator of which way the economy's heading. who knew?!
